Tucked in behind Pegram is Francis Martin (No. 16) on the Coors Light Racing Suzuki. Running third is Pegram’s Hooters Suzuki teammate Michael Barnes (No. 34) and on the inside is Australian Craig Connell (No. 6) on the Arclight Suzuki. Connell won all three races he entered that day and was crowned King of Mosport. Martin initially won the second leg of the two-race Formula USA race ahead of Connell, but his GSXR1000 was over the 150hp-limit in the post-race horsepower check and he was docked four positions. In the overall F-USA results Barnes finished second overall to Connell in the combined scoring and Pegram was third.
